weekends these days ...

hiking

bageling

dahlias

candles

squirreling

cookie baking

Now that school has started I feel so much more grateful for the 48 hours at the end of each week. I may only have 48 hours to sleep, bake, craft, and do homework, but I try to do as much as I can. More often than not, my weekends now include a nap or two. I told you I was turning into a preschooler!

And yes, sister, that means I will be stealing the couch from you. First come, first served.

p.s. Does anyone else love this font as much as I do? PicMonkey is the best, I tell you.

  1. Those bagels and cookies looks sooo delish! Have you got a recipe for bagel?

    1. Thanks! They really were delicious. I've been making these bagels with my family for years and I think this is the one. I add about a cup of shredded cheddar cheese (added both inside and on top of the bagels before baking in the oven).

      Here's the recipe: http://familyfun.go.com/recipes/bake-your-own-bagels-684421/

They're time consuming, but so delicious. Especially when they come right out of the oven! :)
